Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Faculty Member (Assistant Professors & Associate Professors) role located in New Delhi. The Faculty Member will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses in their area of expertise, preparing course materials and assessments, providing academic advising to students, conducting research and publishing scholarly works, participating in departmental meetings and committees, and engaging in professional development activities.

Minimum Qualification

  • NET
  • GGSIPU Teaching/Work Experience will be an added advantage
  • PhD or equivalent degree in the relevant field from a reputed university is preferable
  • Strong expertise and passion for the subject area
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage and inspire students in a classroom setting
  • Teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level is preferred
  • Experience in conducting research and publishing scholarly works is preferred
  • Willingness to engage in departmental and community service activities
  • Familiarity with modern technology tools and ability to use them effectively in teaching and research

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Typist at Lingaya’s Lalita Devi Institute of Management & Sciences, located in New Delhi. The Typist will be responsible for clerical duties such as typing and audio typing of notes, communication with team members, and computer literacy.

Qualifications

  • Excellent typist with knowledge of typing methods and audio typing skills
  • 40 wpm typing speed minimum
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members
  • Proficient in computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience working in an academic environment is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with additional certification in typing or clerical studies preferred.

Admissions Counsellor position is open at LLDIMS Delhi.

In this position, you will play a crucial role helping prospective students navigate the admissions process. You will engage in providing information, guidance, and support to applicants, ensuring a seamless transition into our institution.

This is a Target & Sales Oriented position which includes multiple outreach activities such as Outbound Calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Guidance: Assist prospective students with inquiries, applications, and admissions procedures, offering valuable guidance throughout the process.
  • Application Processing: Review and evaluate applications, transcripts, and supporting documents to determine eligibility and compliance with admission criteria.
  • Information Dissemination: Provide accurate information about programs, academic requirements, financial aid, and campus resources to potential students and their families.
  • Interviews and Counselling: Conduct interviews and one-on-one counselling sessions to assess applicants’ goals, interests, and qualifications.
  • Recruitment Events: Represent the institution at recruitment events, fairs, and high school visits to attract prospective students.
  • Admissions Decisions: Collaborate with admissions committees to make informed decisions on applicant acceptance or denial.
  • Documentation and Records: Maintain detailed records of applicant data, correspondence, and admissions statistics.
  • Orientation Support: Assist admitted students in the orientation process, helping them acclimate to campus life and academic expectations.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to admission policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
